Generative AI Policy
Generative AI Policy
Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan Indonesia (JPPI) permits the responsible and ethical use of generative artificial intelligence (AI) tools in manuscript preparation, including for language enhancement, grammar correction, and improving readability or clarity of writing.
Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, validity, and integrity of all submitted content. AI-generated tools must not be used to fabricate data, manipulate research findings, create false citations, or produce misleading academic information.
Generative AI systems cannot be listed as authors because they do not meet the requirements for authorship responsibility and accountability. Any substantial use of AI in writing, analysis, interpretation, or content generation must be transparently disclosed within the manuscript.
Editors and reviewers may utilize AI-assisted tools only in ways that maintain the confidentiality and security of submitted manuscripts and peer-review materials.
JPPI upholds the principles of transparency, academic integrity, ethical scholarship, and responsible innovation in the use of emerging technologies within academic publishing.
