Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of orientationalism development based on teacher prorotype in the new normal era at SMK Budi Mulia Keritang. This research is motivated by the importance of fostering progressionalism based on teacher prorotype for the smooth process of education in the new normal era. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. This research begins with formulating a research problem followed by analyzing relevant research results. The results obtained from the search will be analyzed by the author using the content analysis method. From the results of research analysis of relevant books and online journals, professional coaching based on teacher prorotype in the new normal era is very helpful for supervision efforts in completing teacher professionalism at SMK Budi Mulia Keritang.
